Topdog Gourmet

We have been there twice - once for breakfast and once for dinner. Both times, we got friendly service and yummy meals. It is lovely Family-friendly and dog-friendly place with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The atmosphere is nice with sunshades and pretty flowers outdoors, or with relaxing lounge easy-listening music on a big screen. Will be sad not to dine there often when we move from north Brisbane to west Brisbane, but hopefully lots of other locals will check out this place

The friendly, attentive staff always greet me like an old friend, making each trip feel personal and welcoming.I find myself looking forward to my daily coffee ritual, each cup brewed to perfection. Their smoothies are a refreshing treat that never disappoints, and the delicious pizza is a must-have—consistently crispy, flavorful, and loaded with fresh toppings.Supporting a small business like Topdog Gourmet feels like being part of a warm community, and I wholeheartedly recommend stopping by. Whether you’re in the mood for a comforting beverage or a satisfying meal, you’ll be met with quality and kindness every time.

The name caught my eye. Food was good. Made a little friend in the plants.

Hands down the best pizza in Brisbane. I was transported back to Italy. From the thin and crispy base, to the perfect amount of cheese and toppings I was impressed.The outdoor seating area is beautiful. There's plenty of room and the fairy lights make for a magical night.Amir takes obvious pride in his restaurant and is genuine and friendly.Cannot recommend this place highly enough. Looking forward to many more visits!

13 June 2024 Update:So it turns out my below experience was the only time I had a bad experience at Topdog (and it was just one day).We have since visited on many occasions for breakfast and dinner and it’s safe to say it is very consistent and everything is delicious!If you’re lucky enough to have the warm fresh pastries, they are so delicious and you should definitely plan to NOT share it with anyone (see newly added photos).We’ve also enjoyed a pizza dinner with drinks, oh and their new chips are deliciously light and crispy! Highly recommend!Original post:We usually order a take away breakfast burger which is delicious but today we decided to treat ourselves and dine in. We opted for the wrap version of the breakfast burger and boy was it disappointing. The bacon was so rubbery that you couldn’t take a bite out of the wrap without the whole piece of rubbery bacon coming out. There was also no sauce at all and it comes with scrambled eggs instead of fried which is probably also what contributed to how dry and gross it tasted.To say I was disappointed would be an understatement. I don’t understand how they can produce such a great breakfast burger takeaway but then the eat in wrap was atrocious…. I just don’t get it

I recently visited TopDog Gourmet and it was an incredible experience! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for a casual meal. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed.Now, let’s talk about the pizza! The crust was perfectly baked—crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I tried their signature pizza, which had a delightful combination of fresh toppings that exploded with flavor. Each bite was a treat, and you could tell the ingredients were of high quality.Overall, TopDog Gourmet is a must-visit for pizza lovers. I highly recommend it and would bring family & friends! will definitely be back for another slice!

This cafe easily deserves a perfect 5 out of 5 rating, honestly this place is underrated it’s really good. The service is wonderful, the ambiance is inviting, and the food and drinks is a true sensory delight. The menu offers a diverse range of dishes, each crafted with culinary excellence.
